At MARMAR HALIM FASHION DESIGN LLC, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our client services team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all dust bags and protective materials, to ensure the garment arrives back to us in pristine condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, or schedule a collection through our logistics partner.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned piece to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
